How do I get my data into The Daily Pulse?
Easily! When you first implement The Daily Pulse, your financial data is automatically imported from QuickBooks. Then as you run your restaurant, your daily sales activity and employee time cards are automatically imported from your POS system. No reentering! When invoices arrive from vendors, you simply scan them and assign them to appropriate book keeping category. All your information is in one place.

How easy is it to learn?
If you are familiar with Intuit QuickBooks, you will be very comfortable with The Daily Pulse. All you need is a web browser and an Internet connection. You can assess the system from anywhere. Most clients are effectively using the system within just a few hours. Plus we are here to help if you have questions.
How does it help me stay on top of my bills?
Each time you log on to the system you are presented with a list of bills that need to be paid. Just click, confirm they are due and pay them. Simple as pie. The system handles electronic payments, can print and mail checks for you or allows you to issue paper checks yourself.
What additional equipment is required?
If you don’t already have an inexpensive scanner, you will need one (you can get one at any office supply store for under $100). Of course you will also need a PC and internet connection. That’s it!
How secure is my banking and business information?
Highly secure. Plus, you don’t have to do backups anymore – we take care of that! Your information is securely stored in the Cloud and only accessible to you.
So I won’t have to keep paper invoices?
Nope. Just scan then in when received and we will store them for you in digital form. You can get ride of all those filing cabinets!
How do I know the information being calculated is correct?
Our system has been CPA verified. You financial statements will look just like your current statements, except you will be getting them daily rather than once a month and you can click on any line item to see the associated details, like a copy of the vendor invoice.
